The Demeyere cookware and their high quality stainless steel lids are designed to keep maximize heat in the pot, rather than the surrounding air and the kitchen to heat up. This makes the cooking process, and improved.
Each Demeyere casserole has the unique TriplInduc soil that remains flat and gives up to 30% more efficiency on induction cookers. The stainless steel lids seal well at the edges of the pot and ensure that steam is collected in a jar and a permanent condensation of the steam is provided inside the pot. This is especially important when cooking with little or no water.
