Fully Online in the webshop:
- Add the items to your shopping cart.
- The shipping costs for your total order are displayed on each product page.
- If you want to checkout, click on your right on the ordered items You can enter your billing and shipping address, and choose to pay between Paypal and Bank Wire
- Also indicate whether you want gift wrapping, and write in the comments the opportunity (birthday, Christmas, New Year,…) so we can use the appropriate paper.
- Go through all the steps so that you nicely get a confirmation email, when you pay with Paypal, then return to our shop so that you will receive a confirmation email.

- The model and number of items you wish
- Your address
- How you wish to pay
If you wish to pay by credit card, we will send you a paypal payment request, if you wish to pay by bank transfer, we will send you the necessary bank details.

If you are uncomfortable with filling out all necessary details online, you can reach us at +32 14 677239 during our openinghours to pass along the necessary details and we'll make you a quote.

Do you deliver outside of Europe ?
yes, we can deliver worldwide, but it is not possible to complete the order online as we want to be absolutely certain that
- the goods are allowed/usable in your country (eg most appliances are 220V, which is Ok for australia but e.g. not for Brasil)
- we have the correct shipping weight as the rates outside of Europe are rather steep and putting in the extra effort to just keep below a shipping limit can easily make a 20€ difference.
If you want to order and get delivery outside of europe, please send us an email listing the items you are interested in, the country you are from and we'll provide you with a detailed quote.

What can I buy with Ecochecks ?
Eco checks are meant for the purchase of ecological products and services.
There's a list of products and services drawn up that qualify for purchase with eco checks. The list is built around 6 ecological goals:
